Our Amazing Team

We are proudly neurodivergent, and disability founded and led. Our teachers are all qualified, experienced and registered, and practice neuro-affirming ways of working. They are all committed to our principles and educational pedagogy. Between us all we have decades of lived and professional experience and are committed ethically to bringing our knowledge to the table to be as useful and kind as possible in our ways of working.

Admin & Finance support

I’m the behind the scenes helper who keeps everything running smoothly, from daily plans to supporting our amazing teachers. Think of me as the quiet multitasker making sure the little things get done so the big things can shine!

Science Teacher

I work at Neuroverse guiding a wonderful group of teenagers and their parents through a science curriculum. I love to bring the real world to life by creating an understanding of science in an SEN friendly and interactive approach.
I’ve been a Science Teacher for 6 years and additionally work at a secondary school teaching Science and Medical Science and 1:1 with GCSE students and home educated children.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that every child deserves access to quality education.

Youth Mentor and Games Leader

I’m Flora — a youth mentor working alongside Max within the Neuroverse community. I hold an MSc in Sport Psychology, and my work is rooted in supporting young people to better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop the tools they need to navigate life in a way that works for them.
My approach is grounded in psychology, but always human first. I focus on creating safe, structured spaces where young people can grow, feel understood, and develop real-life skills — from emotional regulation and resilience to focus and self-belief.
Being part of Neuroverse means being part of something that is truly for us, by us ❤️
A space built with care, intention, and lived understanding — where individuality is not just accepted, but valued.
I’m here to support, guide, and grow alongside the young people we work with, and to help build a community where everyone feels they belong.
